My service constant Steve is always great. He really goes out his way to make sure you are comfortable and understand what services are needed. I felt as though he was very trustworthy and will continue to book him as my service consultant. He checked up on me multiple times as the service team got done with certain items on my servicing ticket. He broke down what is needed for my car maintained and to the time to explain what is maintained is needed now and what can be done at a later date dueto my mileage reading. He even explained my warranty to me which was helpful. Positive attitude always, great communication, and a wonderful consultant. Great person to work with as a young woman who knows nothing about cars and servicing needs. 10/10 as always.
Highly recommend choosing this dealership overall for servicing. It can be extremely hard finding a service provider you trust. I truly feel as though they are honest and true to their work; which is why I continue to choose the dealership overall a local mechanic. If extra parts are needed for servicing l, for the most part they have it in stock. At most I had to wait till the next morning, as opposed to local mechanics where I’ve had to wait a week before. The place is very relaxing if you choose to wait for your servicing and very clean. Check it out if you can before venturing off to other servicing options ( you might never leave after ?)!... More

I had the best time today buying a car that I have ever had in my life. Tom is a great sales person. He was not pushy. He was very knowledgeable, very nice and efficient. Brandon the finance guy was very nice, efficient and knowledgeable too. If I ever need another car I will go back to this place because they didn't keep me there for hours or try to push their financing on me. They were great. Our sales person at CarPros Kia Moreno Valley Paris was awesome & very attentive. Always made sure to ask if we needed something to drink or if we needed/wanted anything. The managers Andy and Gustavo were great also. They all worked together as a team to get us the car we wanted and make sure we were happy.
